What is a Supervised Visit?

SUPERVISED VISITATION also known as "Monitored Visitations" or "Professional Supervision." Is defined as contact between a non-custodial parent and one or more of his or her children in the presence of an unbiased third party. The third party is responsible for observing the visit and ensuring the safety of those involved.

Mutivation Youth Services provides Professional Supervised Visitation Monitoring services for parents or agencies in need of these services. MYS staff are thoroughly trained on the rules and regulations of The California Rules of Court Standard 5.20. Uniform Standards Of Practice For Providers Of Supervised Visitation. Safety and Neutrality is priority here at MYS. Our monitoring staff are active duty peace officers, former officers, counselors, and/or active social workers. Background checks have been cleared by DOJ (Department of Justice) and or Live Scan, in addition our monitors are CPR and AED certified. MYS is a proud member of The Supervised Visitation Network, the largest international membership organization of professionals who provide supervised visitation and access services to families.

All cases are required to do an Intake Interview. Mutivation Youth Services understands that court ordered programs can be very expensive. Our goal is to provide these and other services at the lowest rate possible. Please call our office to receive Rates and Fees.
